Make a clear payslip for your staff: company logo, employee details, earnings and deductions side by side, and the net pay worked out for you. Download it as a PDF and share it with your employee.

A salary slip tells an employee exactly how their pay was worked out. It normally has:
Example: basic salary 2,500 + housing allowance 400 + overtime 150 = gross pay 3,050.
Income tax 305 + social security 152.50 = deductions 457.50. Net pay: 2,592.50.
For employees, a payslip is proof of income: banks and landlords often ask for the last three months of payslips. For employers, giving a payslip every month keeps payroll transparent and avoids misunderstandings. In many countries employers are required to give one, and to keep payroll records for several years, so save a copy of every PDF you make.
This tool does not calculate tax or social security for you, because the rules are different in every country. Enter the amounts from your payroll or tax tables, and ask an accountant if you are unsure.
Gross pay is the total of all earnings before anything is taken off: basic salary, allowances, overtime and bonuses. Net pay is what the employee actually receives after deductions such as tax, social security, insurance or a loan repayment.
Yes. Rename any line and add as many as you need, for example overtime, commission, travel allowance, provident fund or an advance being repaid.
No. Tax rules are different in every country, so you enter the tax amount yourself. The tool adds up the earnings and deductions and shows the net pay.
No. Everything stays in your browser on this device. The PDF is made on our server when you ask for it and is not kept.
Yes. Make one payslip, download it, then change the employee details and amounts for the next person. Your company details and logo stay filled in.
A calculator gives you one answer. A cashbook shows you the whole picture: write down cash in and cash out, see where the money goes in charts and on a calendar, and share a ledger with your family, team or friends.
This takes a few seconds.
